  • Design questionnaires are a key tool for getting to know more about you + your vision. It’s designed to capture your style preferences, functional needs + personal tastes. By answering a series of thoughtful questions, you’ll help me to understand your goals, lifestyle + design inspirations. Your responses guide my approach and ensure that the final design is both beautiful and functional for your space.

  • 2D floor plans and concept boards are essential tools for bringing your design vision to life. 2D floor plans provide a clear, scaled layout of your space, showing precise furniture placement and room flow. Concept boards, on the other hand, offer a cohesive visual representation of design ideas, including color schemes, materials + textures. Together, these tools ensure that every design choice aligns with your vision, making it easier to make informed decisions + see how your space will evolve.

  • 3D renderings provide detailed, lifelike depictions of your space, helping you visualize your finished design. These advanced visuals allow you to explore various design options and see how different elements come together, offering a clearer understanding of proportions, materials, and color schemes before finalizing your choices. With 3D renderings, you can confidently proceed with your project, fully aware of how your design will look and feel. This service is available on request for an additional fee.

  • Understanding your style, needs, + budget help to effectively curate high-quality finishes (including paint, tile, flooring, hardware, + light fixtures) that align perfectly with your vision. Once selections are finalized, I provide your general contractor or builder with a detailed spreadsheet, floor plan, + lighting plan. This information along with my continued involvement, ensures accurate ordering + implementation of the new finishes. Our collaboration streamlines the remodeling or building process, ensuring everything proceeds smoothly + according to plan.

  • I will be available throughout the construction process to ensure everything proceeds as planned + all finishing touches make the new space come to life!

    Additionally, I can offer furnishing services under a separate contract to seamlessly integrate your new architectural elements with your home furnishings, creating a cohesive and polished final look.
